REPLACEMENT & REPAIR

Claim Period: 30 days from date of acquisition
What you must do: Return good intact to Supplier or Manufacturer with documentary evidence of purchase thereof
Who pays costs: You pay costs of returning Good to Supplier or Manufacturer. Manufacturer pays cost of Good being returned to it from Supplier and returned to supplier or to Consumer
IMPORTANT
Neither warranty will apply where the defect complained of has been caused by misuse, abuse or fair wear and tear.
Upon the manufacturer being satisfied that the defect is a major defect, the purchase price may be refunded in lieu of providing a replacement Good or repairing the Good.
If you do not have evidence of your purchase of the Good, you should contact the Supplier who may be able to assist and, if not, contact the Manufacturer direct.
Our goods come with Guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the good repaired or replaced if the good fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits to you of this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under a Law in relation to the good or service to which this Warranty relates.
Please Note: Tool Boxes are not waterproof. Strong winds can blow water under lid even when fitted with rubber seals, items affected by water must be stored in air tight container inside the tool box. The purchaser is responsible for any damage or theft of any of its contents. Locks should be lubricated from time to time using spray lubricant.
